There have been client cases where there has been a significant amount of physical or emotionally psychological abuse from family members. Family dynamics can be extremely dysfunctional and extremely complex to unravel. These cases require multiple sessions of identity coaching, communication building and a particular Hypnotherapy techniques that can be truly cathartic and bring about new perspectives awareness and deep resolve in the emotional level. I have seen clients redefine experiences that they felt completely owned by, to be liberated and set free. many felt their heart opening, and some also experienced immediate shifts where an estranged member contacted them suddenly out of the blue. These sessions can also be quite spiritual where often those who are deceased have showed up to pass on messages and restore inner peace. Many have released anger they have held onto for years, that have been affecting all areas of their life.
